Norasniza Ahmad

Norasniza Ahmad joined JS Morlu in 2023 as a freelance Web Content Publisher and was promoted to full-time Digital Marketing and Content Coordinator in 2025 in recognition of her strong performance in content documentation, website operations, and quality assurance.

In her role, Niza coordinates AI-driven content creation and publishing through WordPress and tools such as ChatGPT and Gemini. She also designs digital marketing assets—including blog graphics, social content, and promotional materials—using Canva and Microsoft Designer. She manages and updates social media content for JS Morlu and affiliated brands, oversees email campaigns through HubSpot and MailWizz, and ensures consistent branding and engagement across platforms.

Niza is recognised for her attention to detail, efficiency, and ability to manage multiple projects while delivering clear, accurate, and user-focused content. She is passionate about leveraging digital tools to improve workflows and ensure content reaches the right audience at the right time.
